Emily Lette's Senior Portraits

Emily Lette was a joy to photograph! She has an interest in photography herself, and it made her a natural model! I loved the purple hat and turquoise shirt combo - especially since purple is my personal favorite! Emily's mom accompanied us in Old Town,and I enjoyed catching up about her son Ben, whom I photographed a couple of years ago when he was a senior. Thank you, Emily, for a fun afternoon!

Maria Vopat and Matt Shadid's Wedding

Maria and Matt were fortunate to be the first couple married in the newly renovated Cathedral on February 9, 2013. The bridesmaids wore elegant black dresses that complimented Maria's fitted gown. Maria has amazing talent - designing the entire wedding theme and actually making all of the fresh flower bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, aisle decorations, and all of the centerpieces at the reception herself! After the ceremony, the couple walked down the long aisle of beautiful inlay wood and headed to the trolley under a shower of streamers. After a short ride in the trolley, we arrived at the park where the girls kept warm with beautiful fur capes and Maria wore a beautiful deep forest green long hooded cape. The couple made their entrance at the Scottish Rite Temple down the grand staircase into the ballroom where guests eagerly awaited their arrival. After cake cutting festivities and a dinner buffet, the celebrating continued with toasts of well wishes, a grand march wedding dance, and special dances for the bride & groom and their parents. Matt planned the honeymoon himself and even by the time we finished our work late into the evening, he had still managed to keep the destination a secret from everyone - including Maria! I know this super fun couple had a great time wherever they went! Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Shadid!

Tawny Price & Nick Baumgartner Engagement

Tawny and Nick were so fun to photograph! Even though a storm was brewing and the wind decided to visit us, we couldn't have had a more beautiful fall setting. Their sweet dogs, were loving the field of flowers and decided to make a run for it a couple of times! Some of the photos we took were for "save the date" anouncements but here's a quick peek at some of the others. Congratulations Tawny & Nick, on your upcoming October 2013 wedding!

Grant Withers Heights Senior 2013

I was thrilled when Grant's mom, Nancy, called to say that she had another senior! I photographed Grant's sister, Ciciley, two years ago and always enjoy working with clients again! We visited Old Town and also Chisholm Trail Park which was full of fall foilage. Grant was wonderful to work with. He was patient to the end, even though he had a group of friends texting to hurry so they could go to the football game! Congratulations Grant!

Brown/Baker Engagement

Kelsey & Brandon are a fantastic couple! I had soooo much fun photographing them for their engagement session! They are so in love that all I had to do was sit back and click the shutter! Kelsey's awesome dress was the perfect choice for the beautiful fall setting. I can only imagine how beautiful their wedding will be, and can't wait to photograph it in the spring!

Sierra Marklevits Senior Portraits

Sierra is such a beautiful girl! I could hardly stop photographing her! We had a great session in Old Town and I absolutely loved her clothes! We completed the session in the studio to show her graceful talent in ballet. I was blown away by her grace and beauty!
